Purchase Policy

Cancellation Policy

Before completing the payment process, the customer has to make sure he read all booking terms and conditions for changes and cancelations penalties provided by the sales person and to agree on them accordingly.

Then if the service can be canceled, at first a cancelation request should be sent by email to the sales person who confirmed the service

 

Shipping Policy:

We can ship your online “Leaders.jo” orders within 48 hours from the order date.  orders inside Amman will be subject to non-refundable 3 JOD delivery fees and 5 JOD outside Amman.

Return Policy:

You can return or exchange online “Leaders.jo” purchased products within 3 days from the order date at any of our branches located in; King Abdullah II St., Abu Nusair, Queen Rania St., Marka, noting that returned amount will be refunded within 5 days from the date of return by issuing a cheque with the buyer name, Only cash payment will be paid for direct downgrade or after 1 day and should be equal or less than 50 JOD, but for credit card payment, the amount will be transferred to the buyer account within 2 weeks from the date of return. Also, please consider the following when you exchange or return any product:

  return date, which is limited to three days from the date of purchase, in case there are manufacturers defect in the goods only.

  Exchange date, which is limited to seven days from the date of purchase.

  The returned product must be not used and in its original condition with complete set of attachments

  To bring the invoice along with the returned product

  The returned product will be inspected by the dealer to make sure of its safety and original condition.

  Ensure that all returned items must be free from any personal data or property, since the company is not responsible for such thing.

  Promotional or free item cannot be exchanged.

 The following products are excluded from the return and exchange policy:

- Printers and faxes and their attachment.

 - CDs, movies, music CDs and games.

 - Laptops.

- Cameras.

- Personal Care Devices.

- Disposables and inks.

- Cell Phones.

- Spare parts

- Accessories

Warranty Policy:

All products will be provided with one-year warranty right from the local agent/ distributor, since the local agent/ distributor hold the full responsibility in terms the product maintenance and spare parts.

Leaders center is not responsible for the product warranty, maintenance and spare parts, but we will be happy to assist you and following up with the local agent/distributor if needed.
